Job Title: Residential Service Electrician

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Our client provides residential electrical service to homeowners across Northern Virginia, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and doing the job right. They support their electricians with proper staffing, clear processes, and leadership that understands the trade, so you can focus on quality work and customer service.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $30 - $45 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety issues
• Perform code-compliant repairs and upgrades, including panels, wiring, devices, lighting, EV chargers, generators, and more
• Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners
• Present options and upfront pricing so customers can make informed decisions
• Use a tablet/service app to document work, create options, and close out jobs

Requirements

• 5 or more years of residential service electrical experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in quality workmanship
• Professional communication and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable using mobile devices and service software
• Journeyman license preferred, not required
