Job Title: OCONUS Construction Safety ManagerCompany Overview: Join our client's dedicated team committed to maintaining the highest safety standards in the construction industry. They specialize in internationally-based projects, ensuring compliance with rigorous safety regulations and protocols. Their collaborative environment fosters teamwork and individual accountability, enabling them to deliver exceptional results.The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000 - $168,000 depending on experience, and does include the overseas premium.Key Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and supervise project safety in compliance with corporate safety programs and contract requirements. Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings for all active work areas. Collaborate with field staff and management to develop safe work plans for each project phase. Serve as the safety liaison with clients, subcontractors, and external entities, addressing safety-related issues and concerns. Prepare and submit all safety-related reports, and conduct post-accident investigations to ensure continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with five years of experience in safety management. Solid understanding of corporate safety programs, OSHA regulations, or Corps of Engineers EM385-1-1 standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and communication skills. Current Department of Defense secret security clearance is required, along with OSHA 30-hour and EM385.Ability to endure challenging working conditions, including heights and confined spaces, while ensuring personal and team safety.Some of the Benefits Include:Medical (100% Company Paid Premium), Dental, and Vision insurance. 401k w/ 8% match 4 weeks PTO Company focus on employee growth & development Completion bonus Housing provided/paid for Monthly incidentals
