Job Title: Lighting Field Project ManagerOverview of the Company:Our client is a leader in providing innovative lighting solutions for the entertainment industry. Their collaborative environment encourages growth and success, making them a trusted partner for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring smooth and efficient installations.Provide onsite support and guidance to employees, clients, installers, and subcontractors.Actively participate in project hand-off meetings, influencing project planning and execution.Manage project lifecycles from installation commencement to successful completion.Generate daily field reports and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts.Proven problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.Experience in project management or administrative roles, particularly within construction or entertainment settings.Prior knowledge of stage or studio lighting is essential.Some of the Benefits Include:Fully funded health care benefits for you and your family! Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
