• The estimated pay range for this role is $56,000 - $60,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain primary contacts with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to promote lighting products and services.
• Research and schedule meetings with current and prospective customers to build trust and showcase product expertise.
• Conduct product demonstrations, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate pricing within established guidelines.
• Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage prospects, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members and manufacturers to develop sales strategies and attend trade shows or industry events as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven strategic thinker with an emphasis on aligning actions with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer experience.
• In-depth product knowledge, with the ability to convey value effectively to clients.
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills to close deals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce, with a background in retail or customer service preferred.
