- The estimated pay range for this role is $30 - $35 per hour based on experience.
- Successfully pass an ASME 6G 2" Carbon Steel GTAW Pipe Test; ASME 6G 6” Carbon Steel SMAW certification is a plus.
- Perform butt and socket welds on stainless-steel process piping (SCH 10, SCH 40, SCH 80) in various positions and heights.
- Set up welding rigs according to environmental conditions and materials used.
- Work effectively in diverse industrial environments, maintaining flexibility to adapt to both clean and dirty conditions.
- Commit to a full-time schedule (typically 40 hours per week) with potential overtime, including night shifts as needed.
- 2-5 years of construction experience in TIG welding, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proven ability to pass ASME Section IX Pipe Test with X-Ray certification.
- Successfully pass an ASME 6G 2" Carbon Steel GTAW Pipe Test.
- Familiarity with ASME codes and standards; experience in MIG and stick welding is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- U.S. citizenship or verified Green Card status; reliable transportation and active driver’s license required.
