What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Blueprint Hires?
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Accountant to help them maintain top-notch customer service for all accounting-related tasks at their Mesa, AZ office.
Your Day Includes:
- Building client relationships both internally and externally
- Reviewing and preparing contracts, Lien waivers, and insurance certificates
- Accounts Receivables, Processing invoices and finalizing the billing cycle
- Communicating with internal Project Managers and Principals and clients
- Presenting monthly project financials to branch office managers
Must Haves:
- 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field
- 3-5 years of construction accounting experience
- Familiarity with construction accounting software (Procore, Sage, Foundation, etc)
