Join the BluePrint Engines team as a Production and Assembly - 1st Shift employee in Kearney, NE. In this role, you'll work in a clean, air-conditioned, and heated facility, performing various tasks to ensure the quality of our products. Responsibilities
- Perform work tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Follow work instructions to maintain product quality
- Monitor equipment and notify the supervisor of any malfunctions
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete required paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- This position requires standing for long periods of time.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train motivated and dependable individuals
- Previous experience in manufacturing and engine knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Compensation
- Pay range: $17.50 $20/hour
Hours

1st shift (standard 48-hour work week, automatic overtime built into each Friday)
- Monday Thursday 6:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

Friday 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.
- Additional overtime could include Fridays until 4:30 p.m. and/or Saturdays 6:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m.
