Position Summary
Blueprint Energy Partners II, LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry Level II Inspector to join our Production Tubing Inspection team in Casper, WY. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the oil and gas industry.
The Entry Level II Inspector is responsible for inspecting production tubing to ensure all tubular products meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Inspect production tubing for damage, corrosion, wear, cracks, pits, and other defects.
- Operate inspection equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately identify, classify, and document tubing conditions.
- Measure tubing dimensions using precision measuring tools and gauges.
- Properly mark, stencil, and tag tubing based on inspection results.
- Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and staging production tubing.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and production records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to advance inspection knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous oilfield or industrial experience preferred, but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read tape measures and use basic measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
