Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Allentown, PA. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role will coordinate month-end and year-end close activities, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide clear recommendations to leadership and consulting teams. In addition, this position will support pricing models, project profitability analyses, and resource planning, while continuously improving financial processes, controls, and tools in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting, with experience in general ledger management and month-end close.
- Experience with financial modeling, cash flow management, and profitability analysis for professional services or consulting environments.
- Ability to design and improve financial processes, controls, and KPI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems; comfort working with data and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executive leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or management consulting is highly beneficial.
