- Onsite work in our Walpole, MA office to support learning and collaboration
- Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point, resolving advanced and complex network issues
- Provide guidance and support to the Tier 1 support team
- Configure and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, VPNs, and routing protocols
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve security
- Deploy and test new networking equipment and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable, high-performance connectivity
- Work onsite full-time in our Walpole office (this is not a remote position)
- 2 years of experience in a call center or technical support environment
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, wireless)
- Practical experience with HP & Cisco switch CLI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Spanish language skills are a plus
