- Conducts proactive searches to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Will primarily interface with talent acquisition and business leaders
- Engages with potential candidates to introduce them to career opportunities at BluePearl Pet Hospital and establish a positive rapport.
- Screens candidates through initial interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and the candidate relationship management system (CRM) to track sourcing activities and candidate interactions.
- Generates reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, relevant field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 5 years of strategic talent sourcing preferably in an agency setting and/or the healthcare industry
- Proven track record for proactive outreach and converting passive talent
