- Ability to teach residents, interns, and externs to shape the future of specialty medicine for years to come.
- Highly skilled and experienced emergency clinicians that are patient focused and believe in collaboration, teamwork, and compassion for client and patient experience.
- Practice with advanced tools: CT, Fluoroscopy, diode laser, endoscopy/scoping of your choice, in-house lab, and chemotherapies.
- Mentor interns and residents through a well-established training program with strong support from the organization, market, and leadership.
- Strong focus on wellness, support, and long-term sustainability, and patient focused decision-making.
