Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Country Store Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, follow safety protocols, and work efficiently in a team setting.
Duties
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer questions about store products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, displays, and the overall store environment
- Ensure that all safety policies are followed, including wearing hair under a net or ball cap to maintain hygiene standards
- Keep cell phones put away during working hours to ensure full attention on tasks and customer interactions
- Follow non-smoking and non-vaping policies within the grounds of the store
- Restock inventory as needed and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Support opening and closing procedures as required
