Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders and serve ice cream and related products promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about our ice cream offerings.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Uphold the store’s commitment to being the friendliest department by consistently delivering exceptional service.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
