The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.

- Assist housekeeping staff by supporting cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all residential, clubhouse, and common areas.
- Move throughout the property frequently to deliver linens, cleaning supplies, trash, and other materials.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Empty trash bins, transport waste to designated areas, and maintain waste collection areas.
- Set up and breakdown furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed for daily operations or special events.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment in clean and organized condition.
- Assist with laundry duties including transporting, folding, and restocking linens and supplies.
- Support team members by performing cleaning tasks in common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and kitchens as assigned.
- Identify and report any safety, maintenance, or supply issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when using cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain a steady and efficient pace to complete assignments within expected timeframes.
- Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership.
