What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Insurance Agent / producer position at Bluehill Insurance?
We are a fast-growing insurance agency with an established book of business and are looking for self-motivated Commercial Insurance Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and take on responsibilities for prospecting, quoting, selling, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and contacting potenial new clietns
- creating and managing a sales pipeline
- Answer customer service requests and follow up with clients
- Managing and maintaining client relationships
- Educating and selling new and renewal policies to clietns
Requirements:
- Must have a current and active 2-20 insurance license
- At least 1 year of current Florida insurance experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
- Experience with AMS360 preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have commercial property experience
- Ability to work remotely
