What You’ll Do
- Design and optimize supply chain and warehouse processes
- Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation
- Use simulation tools to evaluate and refine production strategies
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and test new processes to improve productivity
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports documenting process performance and changes
- Track and interpret key performance metrics
- Use process simulation software to evaluate production strategies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
- Develop clear implementation plans for process improvements
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in process, quality, or supply chain process engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and process engineering software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Preferred:
- Graduate degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Proven ability to lead change and influence process improvements
