Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building interior.
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Maintain facilities equipment by performing scheduled servicing, troubleshooting issues.
- Assist with the installation or replacement of facilities fixtures and systems following safety protocols.
- Requirements
- Proven experience with facilities maintenance including building interior maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, schematics, and electrical equipment repair.
- Familiarity and experience with maintenance, repair, and operations practices is preferred.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship in facilities maintenance tasks.
