Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control protocols, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate implementation.
• Utilize tools like Company Cam and Materio for project documentation, and progress tracking to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and progress against schedules; address issues proactively.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, and upcoming deadlines; communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors at all stages of the project.
• Facilitate project meetings focused on coordination among teams to resolve conflicts swiftly and keep projects moving forward seamlessly.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or project supervision with a strong background in residential remodeling and new home construction; site experience is essential and a requirement.
• Proficiency in construction management software is not a requirement, as we will train you with our software. Willingness to learn and use technology for construction management is essential.
• Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, tile and cabinet layouts is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination across diverse clients and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques.
