Job Summary
The Treasury & Tax Analyst supports the CFO, SVP of Treasury & Risk Management, the Corporate Controller and their downline by coordinating day-to-day treasury operations, banking relationships and tax compliance. This role ensures accurate and timely filing of tax obligations and payments, supports debt facility covenant compliance, and contributes to the company’s liquidity and financial stability. The position also plays an important role in acquisitions, international compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Treasury Operations
This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure in both treasury & tax within a dynamic, private equity–backed company. The Treasury & Tax Analyst will have the chance to contribute to system improvements, acquisition integration, and international exposure, while working closely with senior leaders across Finance.

This role ensures accurate and timely filing of tax obligations and payments, supports debt facility covenant compliance, and contributes to the company’s liquidity and financial stability. The position also plays an important role in acquisitions, international compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities
Treasury Operations
- Monitor daily cash balances and prepare short-term cash forecasts.
- Support execution of banking activities across multiple banking institutions and platforms, including Canadian and Mexican accounts.
- Assist with managing bank account setup, user administration, maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with external banking partners.
- Support compliance with debt covenants and preparation of reporting requirements such as monthly borrowing base certificates.
- Administer Company Corporate credit card and P card programs
- Assist in treasury technology improvements and automation projects.
- Support acquisition integration efforts related to banking and treasury operations.
- Partner with external tax advisors on federal, state, and local tax returns, including income, payroll, franchise, property and transactional/use taxes.
- Perform all data aggregation needed for external tax advisors and coordinate with auditors on tax-related items.
- Partner with external tax advisors on complex or international filings, including Canada and Mexico.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and monitor changes in laws impacting the company.
- Partner with HR on employee-related tax filings and compliance matters.
- Research and resolve tax-related issues and inquiries from business units.
- Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities related to tax.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, tax, corporate finance or accounting.
- Progress toward CPA and CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) a plus.
- Familiarity with banking operations, treasury systems, and cash management best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems (FinancialForce preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. tax regulations; international tax exposure helpful.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
