What does a typical day look like?
- Receiving payments and posting amount paid to customer account
- Processing credit card payments and daily faxed or emailed check deposits
- Calculating group payment amounts and initiates group payments to corporate.
- Processing daily remote deposit
- Maintaining customer records and documentation
- Maintaining positive customer relationships through constant communication and timely responses
- Creating and/or maintaining files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assisting with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary
What are we seeking?
- At least 6 months of experience in an accounting function or relevant degree
- Attention to detail is critical in this role and errors must be minimal and inconsequential
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent mathematical skills
