The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Riverview location. You’ll support patients throughout their treatment journey and help lead the day-to-day operations of the office.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front office role (Required)
- Dentrix knowledge (Required)
- Dental insurance knowledge (Required)
- English proficiency (Required)
- Spanish (Preferred)
- Driven, self-motivated, and proactive in learning and growth
- Delivers exceptional customer service, clear communication, and confident presentation skills
Your Key Responsibilities
- Present dental treatment plans to patients
- Submit insurance claims and process EOBs accurately and efficiently
- Track and report key office metrics
- Maintain and analyze aging reports
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction
