Role Description
The Manager, Administration will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities of our Washington, DC office by coordinating office logistics, managing administrative tasks, and supporting executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills to maintain an efficient and productive work environment. The role involves overseeing office maintenance, event planning, and security protocols, while also serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. - Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Aptitude to multi-task, prioritize and complete tasks effectively.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to perform tasks with limited direction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and relevant experience
- 5 years of experience in business administration or office management.
- Experience in DOD business communications is preferred.
