Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about new listings, market trends, and transaction progress. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including staging, photography, and virtual tours. Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers. Organize and host open houses for listings to attract potential buyers and gather feedback. Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
