Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at J. King Real Estate is a full-time hybrid position based in Irmo, SC, with work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting property showings, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process from initial consultation to closing. The agent will prepare and present comparative market analyses, draft and negotiate contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering responsive customer service, and collaborating with team members and industry partners such as lenders and inspectors. Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property principles.
