Lathrop, Missouri | On-site contract | Travel support
Help bring a U.S. power-generation project from construction completion into operation. Take ownership of instrumentation and controls systems through checks, testing, startup and turnover.
The assignment
• Approximately five and a half months; start date and final schedule to be confirmed.
• On-site in Lathrop, Missouri, five days per week; expected 40-hour week.
• $120/day per diem, $500 mobilization and $500 demobilization upon project completion.
• Local candidates and professionals available to travel for the assignment are welcome.
• Contract employment through an employer of record; one opening.
Responsibilities
• Check equipment and instrumentation against design and startup requirements.
• Support startup procedures, system walkdowns and commissioning documentation.
• Track outstanding work and support handover from construction to operations.
Qualifications
• Relevant power-plant startup or commissioning experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Availability for the full on-site assignment.
• Clear communication, practical problem-solving and a strong safety mindset.
• Engineering degree, 3 years of relevant startup experience and OSHA 10 training are preferred.
A background check and drug screen are required before starting, consistent with applicable law.
