Project Manager (General Contracting)
Position Summary
BlueCore Power is seeking a Project Manager with general contracting experience to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project performance, including schedule, budget, coordination, and client communication.
The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams including to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from kickoff through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate across internal teams, including electrical and prefab departments, to align scope and execution
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and alignment with project schedules
- Track job costs, support forecasting, and maintain budget accountability
- Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and stakeholders
- Identify risks and proactively implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements
Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycle
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple trades, including electrical scopes
- Experience working with or coordinating prefabrication efforts is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-state or union environments
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Work Environment
- Combination of office and job site work
- Collaboration with field teams and internal departments
- Travel to job sites as needed

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
