- Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Team Management**: Supervise and provide leadership to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team, ensuring efficient front desk and clinic operations in line with BTCS standards.

- **Training and Onboarding**: Lead the training and onboarding of new CSR staff across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in front desk operations.

- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with Program Directors, Services Managers, and the Director of Business Operations to streamline workflows and operational tasks.
- **Clinic Operations Management**: Oversee daily office functions, including data entry, document scanning, managing
- **Electronic Health Records (EHR), financial assessments, insurance authorizations, and caseload assignments.**
- **Schedule Management**: Partner with CSR and Clinical teams to maintain and adjust clinic schedules to accommodate patient needs.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement operational enhancements in collaboration with clinic leadership, improving efficiency and overall service delivery.
- **Supply and Equipment Management**: Maintain office supplies, oversee equipment upkeep, and ensure timely requisitions.
- **Transportation Coordination**: Supervise Relief Pool Transporters and coordinate transportation needs across clinic
