Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to facility standards and care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility safety and infection-control procedures.
Requirements
- Active CNA/TCNA certification as required by the state/facility.
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing facility experience preferred.
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Must be able to complete required facility compliance and onboarding requirements.
