Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care within scope of practice
- Monitor residents and document changes in condition (skin issues, infections, weight changes, etc.)
- Complete accurate charting and incident reports
- Follow medication administration and narcotic count procedures
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and room changes
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in physician rounds when required
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and clinical standards
- Active RN or LPN license in the practicing state
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
