About the RoleBluebird Mountain Sports is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team for the 2026/2027 ski season. This is a seasonal position with the potential to grow into a full-time, year-round role. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key part in driving retail sales and supporting our online store operations across all Bluebird locations.Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with rental reservations, answering questions and guiding them toward retail purchases to drive in-store sales
- Support and manage customer orders through the Bluebird Mountain Sports online store
- Develop and execute social media content and campaigns to promote products, events, and seasonal offerings
- Create marketing materials and communications that align with the Bluebird brand
- Collaborate with store managers across all locations to identify sales opportunities and promotional strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
- Assist with email marketing, website updates, and other digital marketing efforts
- Photo and video editing for e-commerce and marketing materials
- Help plan and promote pre-season and in-season events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated social media management experience (content creation, scheduling, analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to turn inquiries into sales opportunities
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and online order management
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects across several locations
- Ski product knowledge is a plus
- Skiing/snowboarding experience is a plus
- Passion for the outdoors and winter sports is a plus
Position Details
- Type: Seasonal (2026/2027 ski season) with potential for full-time conversion
- Scope: Company-wide across all Bluebird Mountain Sports locations (Santa Fe, Taos, and Angel Fire, NM and Salida, CO)
- Reports To: Operations Manager
