You will work closely with the Lead Coordinator and as part of the coordinating team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high standards of care.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage effective care rotas to ensure continuity of service
- Coordinate care visits efficiently, responding to changes quickly
- Communicate professionally with carers, clients, families, and health professionals
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing critical support when needed
- Work as part of a team ensuring smooth operations and quality care

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community care/homecare

- Confident using scheduling systems and digital tools
- Positive, proactive, and a strong team player
