Salary Range: $65,000-$73,000 with annual performance bonus eligibility

Position SummaryThe Organization & Well-Being Coordinator is responsible for driving engagement, partnership development and implementation of well-being strategies across the “Places” sector that contribute to the successful advancement of the Blue Zones Project. The role is highly relational and external facing. Success is achieved by:
- Building trusted relationships with community organizations
- Guiding partners through the Blue Zones Project Approved™ process
- Supporting the implementation of environmental, cultural and policy changes
- Sustaining long-term engagement and measurable impact

- Community Outreach & Partnership Development
- Identify, research, and prioritize organizations across sectors (worksites, schools, restaurants, grocery stores)
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (phone, email, in-person, events, referrals)
- Initiate and secure meetings with organizational leaders and key decision-makers
- Clearly communicate the value of Blue Zones Project in ways that resonate with each sector
- Relationship Management & Account Stewardship
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of community partners
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships
- Provide consistent follow-up and ongoing communication to sustain engagement
- Track partner progress, commitments, and milestones using CRM and tracking tools
- Anticipate partner needs and proactively offer support and solutions
- Discovery, Strategy & Implementation Support
- Conduct collaborative discovery conversations to understand partner goals, challenges, and priorities
- Align Blue Zones strategies with each organization’s business, operational, or community goals
- Guide partners through implementation of practical, achievable well-being strategies
- Support development of action plans and timelines tailored to each organization
- Connect partners to relevant tools, resources, and cross-sector opportunities
- Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling through well-being workshops, Purpose workshops, cooking demonstrations, etc. to inspire participation and create meaningful engagement opportunities that drive behavior change.
- Gather, analyze, and translate data, outcomes, and individual stories to advance and drive participation in Blue Zones Project initiatives.
- Cross-Sector Collaboration
- Foster partnerships across sectors (e.g., schools grocers, restaurants worksites)
- Collaborate with internal Blue Zones teams (People, Policy, Communications)

- Bachelor's degree; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 2 years of experience serving in an account management, client services or customer service role
- Resident of the local project community or deep local knowledge and engagement with the local community.
- Ability to work onsite in the project office as well as within the community.
- Available to work weekends, early mornings and evenings as needed for events and community activities.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
- Experience in human resources, employee benefits, wellness, schools, grocery or restaurant and/or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
