We’re hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm based in Jacksonville, FL.
Compensation: Base ($75k - $85k) Bonus = $300K – $500K OTE within 1–2 years
This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for advisors who love working with clients but prefer to focus on advising rather than prospecting.
This team is experiencing significant growth and currently has more qualified leads than they can handle, with the office averaging over 100 client meetings per week. Advisors step into a structured, proven system designed to convert prospects into long-term clients.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with multiple clients daily in a fully in-person environment
- Guide prospects through a defined three-step advisory process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver financial planning recommendations aligned with client goals
- Follow a structured and proven sales/advisory system
- Collaborate with team members and leadership for ongoing development

Compensation & Benefits
