Full-Time Jewelry Professional

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying on top of trends, and helping customers solve jewelry problems.
What You’ll Do
- Create elevated, welcoming experiences for every customer
- Use confidence to recommend jewelry repairs and explain jewelry repair.
- Share product knowledge about metals, gemstones, and care
- Build ongoing relationships and a loyal client base
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and restocking
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Jewelry Repair Intake and Delivery
- Be comfortable appearing in photos and short videos for our social media
- Proficient in Google Docs or Excel

- Proven customer service experience is required (retail sales preferred; jewelry a plus)
- Friendly, confident, and professional
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable being photographed and on camera for marketing
- Well Dressed!
