- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and refunds
- Assist customers with purchase selection
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and accessible
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products to attract customer attention
- Provide excellent customer service via phone communication and in-person interactions to foster loyalty and satisfaction
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer, but not required
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedure
- Excellent organizational skills for stocking, inventory management, and merchandising
- Customer service-oriented mindset with active listening skills to address customer needs effectively
