Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Caregiver to provide exceptional support to clients located in Marble Falls, TX. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance. The Caregiver will help maintain a comfortable living environment, provide companionship, and communicate consistently with clients and their families to address their evolving needs. This role requires attentiveness, compassion, and a commitment to promoting safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing care for seniors, particularly related to dementia and Parkinson's disease
• Proficiency in assisting with daily living tasks, including mobility support, hygiene, and meal preparation
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow personalized care plans
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
• Experience in hospice care services is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
