We offer a full time work week of 36 hours/week, Monday-Friday and full benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare and carry out integrated curriculum plans, which reflect developmentally appropriate practice, parental and cultural influences, promote the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of enrolled children, and support the programs school readiness goals.
2. Manage daily classroom functions and facilitate team development.
3. Collect, aggregate, and analyze child assessment data.
4. Create an atmosphere that promotes and provides opportunities for parent engagement and community partnerships.
5. Model sensitivity, build and foster relationships.
6. Communicate effectively and professionally.
7. Ensure the operation and maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy and productive work environment.
8. Maintain professional competence through professional growth and development opportunities.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Posses or be willing to obtain a Child Development Associate credential or higher education degree in Early Childhood Education
- At least one year of successful employment in the field of early childhood education is preferred.
