Rental Equipment Set-Up Supervisor

Blue Tank and Pump is a specialized equipment rental company that supplies Frac Tanks, Roll Off Boxes, Diesel Pumps, Generators, Shoring and Water Treatment solutions. We are up to 8 Branches, 4000 pieces of rental equipment spread out among our branches and are headquartered out of Nicholasville KY. Our equipment helps support a variety of businesses including construction, environmental, private companies and everything in between. We are an ever-growing company, having added several new branches in the last couple years.

We are looking to hire an Equipment Setup Supervisor at our Greenfield Indiana location. The job will give you the opportunity to help in setting up and tearing down our equipment rentals, this includes pumping, shoring, generators, tanks and roll off boxes. These projects are generally in the Indiana area but there can be some travel involved. Prior experience working as either a construction supervisor or environmental supervisor will help in understanding the equipment and jobs. A typical day in this role will involve prepping equipment for rentals, going out to job sites to set up the equipment, tearing down jobs that have been completed, maintaining the branch, cleaning equipment when needed, maintaining equipment, and other tasks as necessary. As a supervisor your job will also give you the opportunity to work alongside and direct the technicians on the job site and supervise progress of the job. As part of our fleet, we include the rental of HDPE hard pipe, prior experience with HDPE fusion welding would be a plus but if you have no experience in this you will be trained to be a certified fusion welder. Set-Up Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect Equipment, Hoses & Pipe for damage
• Assist in Troubleshooting machine issues
• Assist in Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Load and deliver equipment for Pump & Tank Setup
• Work closely with other Set-Up Supervisors and Project Managers
• Assist with Fusion welding HDPE pipe
• Assist in Setup & Teardown Hoses, Pipes, Manifolds & other fittings to/from Pump on site

Set-Up Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools
• A plus to be able to operate Skid Steers, Telehandlers & Industrial Forklifts
• Technical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Completion of a technical certificate program or on-the-job training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
