About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman with a valid CDL license to lead field operations on restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sod restoration, a strong background in construction, and the ability to manage crews effectively. Telecommunications experience is preferred, and landscaping experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities and crew performance
- Operate CDL-class vehicles to transport materials and equipment
- Oversee sod restoration and ensure high-quality site finishes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and site conditions
- Provide hands-on support and problem-solving in the field
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Demonstrated expertise in sod restoration
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA certification preferred
Preferred Experience
- Telecommunications infrastructure (fiber optics, cabling, utility work)
- Landscaping or grounds restoration
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary crews
