Position Overview

Blue Streak Couriers is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support operations at one of our major customer locations. This role is responsible for receiving packages from a conveyor belt, scanning them accurately, and sorting them to the correct locations.

Because this position operates within a customer’s facility, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are essential. This individual represents Blue Streak directly on-site and plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role requires consistent availability Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse role for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way every time.

You won’t be sitting behind a desk. You’ll be on the floor, moving with purpose, working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.

This role is critical to our success. Every package you scan, sort, and handle directly impacts our ability to deliver on time and maintain the trust we’ve built with our customers.

What You’ll Do

Handle and Sort Packages

• Receive packages from a conveyor belt and scan each item accurately
• Sort packages to the correct locations quickly and efficiently
• Maintain organization and flow to prevent delays or errors
  
  

Maintain Accuracy and Quality

• Inspect packages for damage, mislabels, or issues
• Report any problems immediately to leadership
• Ensure every package is handled correctly the first time
  
  

Work as Part of a Team

• Coordinate with team members and customer staff to keep operations moving
• Communicate clearly and professionally at all times
• Step in where needed to support overall workflow
  
  

Follow Safety and Standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company and customer policies and procedures
• Represent Blue Streak professionally while on-site

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to Jacksonville (32218)
  
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous warehouse or package handling experience
