Position Overview
Blue Streak Couriers is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Scheduler to support our Large Package Box Truck division. This role is responsible for coordinating daily delivery schedules, communicating directly with customers and drivers, and ensuring accurate execution from scheduling through billing.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining service reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Scheduler must be able to manage multiple moving parts, communicate clearly, and make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires consistent availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Opportunity
This is not a passive, sit-back type of role. You are at the center of daily operations.
You will be responsible for keeping deliveries on track, solving problems as they happen, and ensuring both customers and drivers are supported throughout the day.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate and Execute Scheduling
- Build and manage daily delivery schedules for drivers
- Assign routes efficiently to meet customer expectations and operational needs
- Adjust schedules in real-time based on changes, delays, or issues
- Confirm delivery details with customers and address any changes or concerns
- Provide clear, timely communication to drivers regarding assignments and updates
- Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Track deliveries and driver progress throughout the day
- Identify and resolve issues proactively before they escalate
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Verify order details, delivery completion, and billing accuracy
- Maintain detailed and organized records of daily operations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements
- Work with operations leadership to improve scheduling efficiency
- Identify patterns, issues, or opportunities to improve performance
- Contribute to a team environment focused on accountability and results

- Familiarity with scheduling or route management software
