Blue Star Restoration is looking for a driven, outgoing Business Development & Sales Representative to help grow our company across the local community.

What You’ll Do
You will be the face of Blue Star Restoration in the community—building relationships and creating opportunities with:
- Property managers
- Insurance professionals
- Local businesses
- Facility managers
- Homeowners and referral partners
You will generate leads, attend networking events, meet with decision-makers, and help grow long-term business relationships that drive revenue and company growth.
Preferred experience:
- Sales, business development, or networking
- Insurance, restoration, construction, roofing, or property management
- Working with insurance professionals or adjusters
- Xactimate or estimating software (a plus, not required)
Must be:
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Comfortable meeting new people daily
- Strong in follow-up and communication
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Motivated by performance and results
Compensation
- Starting base pay: $40,000 annually minimum
- Compensation structure open to discussion based on experience and performance
- Additional earning potential includes:
- Commission
- Performance bonuses
