Project Manager – Restoration & Construction Services
Blue Star Restoration Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Summary
The Project Manager will oversee restoration and construction projects from initial contact through project completion. This individual must be able to manage crews, coordinate schedules, communicate with customers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
The ideal candidate is customer-service driven, highly organized, capable of multitasking, and comfortable leading projects ranging from small repairs to large-scale restoration and reconstruction jobs. This individual must be able to effectively manage employees, customers, schedules, emergencies, and project workflows while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration and construction projects from start to finish
- Lead and supervise crews ranging from 5–20 team members
- Coordinate daily workflows, job schedules, and project timelines
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
- Handle incoming calls, emergency service requests, and project updates
- Assist with estimating and understanding project scopes for both small and large losses
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and project documentation
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response situations as needed
- Conduct customer follow-up calls and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees
- Help coordinate company events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain job site safety and quality standards
- Support field operations when necessary
- Lead projects from initial estimate through final completion and customer satisfaction
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
- Restoration industry experience
- Construction management experience
- College education, trade certifications, or industry-related training
- Safety management or compliance experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience leading crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Physical Requirements
This position includes both office and field responsibilities. Candidates must be capable of:
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling a minimum of 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Working in confined spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and active construction environments
- Assisting field crews when operational needs require hands-on support
Working Conditions
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Exposure to heat, cold, humidity, dust, noise, and construction/restoration environments should be expected
- Participation in emergency response services, after-hours calls, and disaster recovery operations may occasionally be required
- Some overtime may be necessary depending on project schedules and emergency events

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime as needed
- On-call rotation and emergency response duties may be required
Compensation
Compensation is open for discussion and based on experience, qualifications, performance, and industry knowledge.
We are willing to consider both hourly and salary structures depending on the candidate.
