What You’ll Do:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility, including common areas, offices, restrooms, entrances, and utility areas
- Follow a scheduled cleaning and sanitation plan to ensure all areas are well-maintained and safe
- Respond to urgent housekeeping needs as required (e.g., spills, accidents)
- Support facility upkeep and assist in creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Follow all safety procedures, infection control protocols, and company policies
- Foster a positive atmosphere through cooperation with other team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or maintenance in a healthcare, hospitality, or commercial setting
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
