Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, storage, and meal service
- Support cooks and dietary staff with meal tasks
- Prepare and serve snacks, salads, and beverages
- Clean kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils
- Follow food production sheets and sanitation guidelines
- Wash dishes and store them properly
- Ensure timely meal service and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years-old to apply
- At least 1 year of experience in a large-scale food service or kitchen operation (preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in healthcare-related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
