Blue Springs Siding & Windows is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Blue Springs, MO.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, or 2 years of experience in customer service, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be computer literate and able to use the company’s online tools.
- Must be able to work with a variety of people, both inside and outside the company.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality as part of our company culture.
