Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and promote our services effectively
- Schedule appointments accurately within the company’s calendar or CRM system
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including client information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions
- Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize data entry skills to update client databases efficiently and accurately
Skills
- Strong sales aptitude with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship building
- Excellent customer support and client service skills, ensuring positive interactions at all times
- Prior call center experience or similar customer-facing roles preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening techniques
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple appointments and follow-ups
- Computer skills including data entry, typing accuracy, and basic troubleshooting
- Outbound calling experience with the ability to analyze client needs quickly and effectively
- Cash handling experience is advantageous but not required
