Blue Sky Smart Solutions is hiring motivated individuals to become Smart Home & Starlink Installation Technicians. No previous installation experience is required — we pay you to learn and provide the training, vehicle, tools, technology, and support you need to succeed.
You'll be trained to professionally install and service Starlink high-speed Internet, DISH TV, home networking, Wi-Fi, and smart home products while working independently and helping customers stay connected.
Big Earning Potential
New technicians typically earn $50,000–$70,000 their first year, while motivated top performers can earn $70,000–$100,000 through hourly pay, bi-weekly performance bonuses, and on-site sales incentives.
We provide paid training, a company vehicle you take home, fuel, uniforms, and a company phone or tablet — so you can start and end your workday from home.
What You'll Do
- Install and service Starlink Internet, including satellite equipment, routers, Wi-Fi, and home networking.
- Install and configure DISH TV and smart home technology.
- Mount satellite equipment and run cabling safely and professionally.
- Set up Wi-Fi networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Educate customers on their technology and recommend additional products and services.
- Earn additional money through on-site sales and performance incentives.
- Follow company safety standards while providing outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass periodic MVR checks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn Starlink, Wi-Fi, networking, and smart home technology.
- Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and entering attics and crawlspaces.
- Ability to lift 20–40 lbs regularly, 60–90 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.
No experience? No problem. Experience in satellite, cable, fiber, Internet, electrical, construction, maintenance, military, sales, or customer service is helpful — but not required. We provide paid training.
