What You’ll Do

• Install and configure Internet, video, and smart home solutions at residential and commercial locations.
• Mount and align satellite dishes for optimal signal performance.
• Run and terminate cabling neatly and safely.
• Educate customers on their technology and recommend solutions to enhance their home experience.
• Perform on-site sales and offer smart home services & products to customers to promote smarter homes and simpler living
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, equipment, and service calls.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Blue Sky brand with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass periodic MVR checks.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• High energy, motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of networking and Wi-Fi setup.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and identify opportunities for customers.
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing ladders, working on rooftops, in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas.
• Tuesday–Saturday schedule availability, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, Saturdays and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 20 – 40 lbs regularly, up to 60 – 90 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.

Experience is a plus, but not required:
Electrical, construction, cable, fiber, satellite, maintenance/repair, military, sales or customer service backgrounds are helpful—but we provide paid training.
